Fractional marketing and revenue operations for B2B companies

From a two-week sprint to an embedded leader, sized to what your team needs.

What I do

I work across three connected areas: marketing, sales, and revenue operations. Some engagements are strategy, some are hands-on execution, and most include teaching your team enough to run it without me.

Marketing

Getting clear on who you're for and why they should care, then building the content, search, and campaigns that turn that clarity into pipeline. Good strategy is only as good as what your team can run, so I build with that in mind from the start.

Sales operations

Pipeline that reflects reality, deal stages that mean something, and a forecast you can plan against. I work with sales leaders and their reps directly, so the process holds up in practice and the team gets sharper using it.

Revenue operations

The systems and data underneath the funnel: how leads move, where they stall, what your CRM is telling you, and whether you can trust it. When operations are solid, everyone downstream moves faster and spends less time arguing about the numbers.

Here's how we can work together, depending on what you need and how deep you want to go.

Sprint15 hours over 2 weeks

A two-week engagement built around one specific thing. We scope it together on a kickoff call, I work through it over two focused weeks, and we wrap up with a walkthrough so your team knows exactly how to use and maintain what we built. Async communication (email or Slack) throughout.

Choose this if:

  • You have a defined project and need someone senior to execute it quickly
  • You want to see how working together feels before committing to anything ongoing
  • Something came up and your team needs help now
  • You're evaluating a new tool and need someone to assess it, set it up, and/or build a plan around it
$3,600 flat. No ongoing commitment.
Focused20 hours/month

Whether it's setting priorities and pressure-testing decisions or handling the work your team doesn't have bandwidth for, this tier keeps things moving without a full-time commitment.

Choose this if:

  • Your team is strong and you want senior marketing and RevOps leadership to match
  • You want a regular strategic partner who knows your funnel and your market
  • You're investing in campaigns and tools and want to make sure every dollar is pulling its weight
  • You want a gut check to make sure you're getting everything out of your marketing tools
$4,800/month. Month-to-month.
Active30 hours/month

This tier is hands-on. I'm in the tools with your team, building things, improving what's there, and using automation, AI, and technology to bring ideas to life. I work directly with your team throughout.

Choose this if:

  • You don't have a marketing ops person and need someone to own your platforms
  • You're rebuilding your website, your content strategy, or your lead management process and need someone to manage the project
  • You have pipeline but it's hard to predict and you need someone to dig into the data and tighten the process
  • Your leadership wants AI in marketing and you need someone who can figure out where it actually helps
$6,800/month. Month-to-month.
Embedded40 hours/month

A fractional marketing and RevOps leader embedded in your business, whether that shows up as a head of marketing, marketing director, VP of marketing, or head of RevOps. I'm in your Slack, on your calls, part of your team's rhythm. I own the function and work alongside your people to build it up.

Choose this if:

  • You need a fractional marketing manager, VP of marketing, or head of RevOps but can't justify a full-time hire right now
  • Your marketing lead recently left and you need someone to hold things together while you figure out the next move
  • You're in a growth phase and need someone senior running the function and developing the team at the same time
  • Your leadership wants AI in marketing and you need someone who knows where and how to use it without major disruption
$8,600/month. Month-to-month.

Who I work with

This is a good fit if:

  • You're a B2B company with a team that's doing the work and could use support
  • You want a finished product and for your team to learn and grow through the work
  • You want dedicated support that moves fast, communicates clearly, and doesn't need a lot of management
  • You have real work to do and need someone who's going to do it alongside your team

This might not be the right fit if:

  • You're looking for an agency to run everything with limited internal involvement
  • You need someone to manage a large team day-to-day on a permanent basis
  • You need a dedicated tool administrator who interacts minimally with your team
  • You need execution only and don't want input on strategy or process

How an engagement works

Step 1
We talk
A short conversation to understand what's going on, what you need, and whether we're a good fit. Casual discovery to start.
Step 2
We scope it
For sprints, we define the deliverable and timeline on a kickoff call. For retainers, we align on priorities for the first month and set up the communication rhythm.
Step 3
We get to work
We dig in. I'll work in your tools, alongside your team, and keep communication tight without creating overhead. If there's a way to use technology or automation to move faster, we'll find it together.
Step 4
Your team owns it
Everything we create, I document. Everything we design, we build together. When the engagement ends or the project wraps, your team has the context, confidence, and tools to keep it going.

Questions

How do I know if fractional is the right fit?
Start by getting clear on whether you need a fractional consultant, an agency, or a full-time hire, because they solve different problems. Here's how to think through fractional consultant versus agency. If you want a gut check on your specific situation, reach out and we'll talk it through.
Who are the partners?
I have a network of senior specialists I bring in when the work calls for it. SEO, web development, branding, CRM administration, sales ops, events. They're people I've worked with and trust. Every one of them is a senior practitioner.
Do I need to commit to a retainer to work with you?
No. Sometimes a sprint or two is enough. Two weeks, one project, no ongoing commitment. If it goes well and you want to keep working together, we talk about a retainer. If not, you walk away with a finished deliverable.
What tools do you work in?
HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense, WordPress, GA4, GSC, Semrush, MCP, all the major LLMs, and most of the major marketing and sales platforms. If you're using something I haven't worked in before, I'll tell you upfront. If your stack has gotten crowded, here's how I audit a martech stack and decide what stays.
Do you work with companies outside B2B?
B2B is where my experience is deepest and where I'm most useful. If you're not sure whether your situation fits, just reach out. It's a quick conversation.
Where do you work?
I'm based in Atlanta and work in person with companies in the metro area. Everywhere else, I work remotely, which is how most engagements run. If you're in Atlanta and want to meet in person, we'll build that into how we work together.
Can you work with our existing team?
That's how I prefer to work. I work alongside your people, teach what I know, create things together, and make sure the people who own it can carry the work forward.
Do you cover content and digital marketing?
Yes. Fractional content marketing and fractional digital marketing are part of what I do: content strategy, SEO, email, paid media planning, marketing automation. If it's part of how a B2B company generates and converts demand, it's in scope.
How long do engagements typically last?
Some last a few months. Some last years. There's no pressure to wrap up if the work is still valuable. Maybe you need me for a single sprint to get something built. Maybe you don't have an internal marketing team and need a long-term fractional partner. Both are normal and both work well.
