Fractional Growth Strategy Partners ("Fractional Growth Strategy Partners," "we," "us") operates fgspartners.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
We wrote this in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at privacy@fgspartners.com and we'll explain it in even plainer language.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how people use the site — things like which pages get visited, how long people stay, what device or browser they're using, and roughly where in the world they're located. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with anything that would.
Contact form. If you fill out our contact form, we collect whatever you submit — typically your name, email address, and the message you send us. We use Web3Forms to process and deliver these submissions to us. We use this information only to respond to you.
Newsletter signup. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide one) so we can send you updates. We use this information only to send you the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
We don't collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this site.
We collect this information to run the site, understand what content is useful to visitors, respond to people who reach out, and send newsletter content to people who asked for it. That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, we don't build profiles for marketing purposes beyond the newsletter you signed up for, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.
We don't sell your personal information, and we never have. The only parties who receive your data are the service providers that make the site work:
These providers only have access to what's needed to perform their function, and they're bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights — but we're not in the business of handing out visitor data otherwise.
The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to recognize repeat visits and measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so won't prevent you from using the site, though analytics about your visit may be affected.
We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
If you'd like something deleted sooner, just ask — see "Your rights" below.
If you're in the European Economic Area (GDPR):
You have the right to:
Our legal basis for processing is consent (for the newsletter, which you opt into) and contractual necessity (for responding to messages you send us). For analytics, we'll be straightforward: our site currently runs Google Analytics for all visitors without a cookie-consent gate, so if you're in the EEA, our analytics cookies are not yet consent-gated the way GDPR technically calls for. We're not pretending otherwise. What we can promise is that we don't sell your data, we'll honor any request to access, correct, or delete what we have, and you can always block analytics cookies yourself through your browser settings.
If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA):
You have the right to:
The categories of personal information we collect, as defined under CCPA, are: identifiers (name, email address), and internet/network activity (usage data via analytics). We do not collect or infer sensitive personal information, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
For anyone, anywhere: even if these specific laws don't technically apply to you, we'll honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your information. Email privacy@fgspartners.com and we'll take care of it.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. We won't make material changes without making them visible here.
