No layers, account managers, or project coordinators. When you hire Fractional Growth Strategy Partners, you work directly with a senior practitioner. The person doing the thinking is the person doing the executing. You always know who's on the other end.

Every engagement starts with a clear scope and a timeline. Even retainers are structured around monthly priorities and we avoid open-ended busywork. We figure out what matters most right now, focus on that, and reassess regularly as we go.

Founder and principal. 15 years in B2B marketing and revenue ops, mostly as the person doing the work at companies between 20 and 500 people. Building marketing functions from scratch, making CRMs behave, figuring out why leads aren't converting, building the reporting that gives a board an honest picture. Started Fractional Growth Strategy Partners because plenty of companies need a fractional marketing consultant who can guide the decisions, do the work, and do it on a part-time basis.

Who are the partners?

The "Partners" in the name is real. I have a network of senior specialists I bring in when the work calls for expertise outside my core. SEO, web development, branding, CRM administration, sales ops, events. These are people I've worked with, I trust their judgment, and they operate the same way I do: collaborative, thorough, and focused on making your team more capable. They're not subcontractors you'll never meet. If they're involved, you'll know who they are and why they're there.
